Members can request an agenda by emailing info@associasn.com.

In the event of any changes to the meeting dates, members will be notified. Another notice will be sent with up-dated meeting dates for any member or board meeting. In addition, the official notice of the annual meeting will be included with the annual meeting packet that is mailed not more than 60, nor less than 15, days before the new meeting date.

With respect to any meeting of the members or the board, unit owners: (1) have a right to have a copy of the audio recording, the minutes or a summary of the minutes of the meeting provided to the owner upon request in electronic format at no charge to the owner or if only available in paper at a cost not to exceed 25 cents per page for the first 10 pages, and 10 cents per page thereafter; and (2) have the right to speak to the association or board unless the executive board is meeting in executive session.
